alchemists craved for us
the other face of the moon that is a sun
a sun and a moon - pressed on a coin
branded
we can't turn to face each
cause we're just the sides
there's nothing between us
we are one
eternally bound by our spines
one suit of skin
that stretched just enough
for all three of us
a coin of flesh or soul
the toll we paid to be here
involuntarily
and the toll that we cannot see
The Other
I would rip half my spine out to get to turn to you
a hug would keep my mangled innards in tact
for a while
but when I bleed out I'll make sure
my knees will drop right before you
and on my way out, to your front
I hope I didn't tore you up too much
you might not wanna hear it but
I only wanted to look upon you
I will wait in the abyss even for ever
bound by rose quartz chains
that drain me voluntarily
they pass my blood marrow
drink it! i would love nothing more..
my heart is an apple, bite it!
i want to see your mouth glow red
eat sweet sister
eat before you realize
that the tearing can be nothing but mutual
as angel wings
gizzards and innards spur from your back
but I'll be quick to hold it back
I embrace your torn body with my arms
with my full weight, so that nothing falls out
everything's kept in it's right place
but soon oh quickly..
the bloody meat is slipping !
I can't keep it together
so I plug the hole with myself and crawl inside the back
angel's egg, the shell I close it up
I'll be the glue
If you're scared to go home alone in the dark
from now on
my eyes will be right behind
to shield you
and as our spines grow together once again
and our nerves intertwined
I cease to be
and you change to exist
it's not 2 pairs of eyes
it's allsight
double ended hands
and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of legs
we/them swallowed the world
and threw it right back up
up up up up
