Dancers in the Good Times Square & Round Dance Club in Nevada got an idea in 2009: they sent out 18 teddy bears to explore new clubs and new countries. Four of these teddy bears came to Europe. Three of them are currently staying in Germany (one is possibly on his way to Denmark), one has spent more than one month with us.
V roce 2009 měli lidé ve squarovém klubu Good Times Square & Round Dance Club v Nevadě nápad. Poslali do světa 18 medvídků, aby poznávali nové kluby a nové země. Čtyři z těchto medvídků se dostali do Evropy. Tři jsou aktuálně v Německu (jeden už možná odcestoval do Danska), jeden strávil déle než měsíc u nás.

Joe did not stay in Bratislava very long before he made a trip to Vienna.

Joe stayed overnight in Vienna and he visited the dancers of the Corvinus Dancers club in Wiener Neustadt on the next evening.

The dance place in Wiener Neustadt is at the local vicarage. That is why Joe could admire such icon.

Yesterday he met Henry, his "native brother" because he had spent some time in the family of Tomáš "Doug" Machalík during his stage in the Czech Republic, and he became such good friend with the children that they were very sad when he left, so Henry was sent from Las Vegas to replace Joe. Henry does not travel, he stays in Kladno.
Včera se v Bratislavě potkal se svým "rodným bratrem", Henrym. V Čechách strávil totiž delší čas v rodině Tomáše "Douga" Machalíka a s jeho dětmi si rozuměl tak dobře, že jeho odchodu velmi želely a z Las Vegas museli zaslat Henryho. Henry však není putovní, ale zůstává v Kladně.

It is time to pass him to others. However, we will probably have a similar problem as Doug had :).
Už je na čase, abychom ho poslali dál. Ale možná budeme mít podobný problém, jako Doug :).

I will update this blog, have it translated to English and send the link to Las Vegas. One of the members of Good Times Square & Round Dance Club is a school teacher, and when they get an information about the current location of a teddy bear, they talk about that country and learn about it at school. I hope that they learn something about us thanks to Joe as well!
